Overview
Stockton Men's Basketball went 16-11 during the 2025-26 season. The Ospreys finished third in the NJAC regular season standings with a 12-6 record and earned the No. 3 seed for the NJAC Tournament. Stockton won its NJAC Tournament first-round game, marking the seventh straight year that the Ospreys recorded at least one conference playoff victory.
The squad peaked in the second half of the season, going 9-4 after a 7-7 start. The Ospreys showed remarkable stability, with nine players seeing action in at least 24 games, including seven who appeared in all 27 contests. With just two seniors on the roster, most of Stockton's minutes were played by four juniors and three sophomores.
Stockton led the NJAC in rebounds (43.4 rpg), offensive rebounds (14.3 orpg), defensive rebounds (29.1 drpg) and rebound margin (8.1) for the second straight year. The Ospreys also topped the league in field goal percentage defense (.411) and finished second in scoring offense (79.6 ppg).

Highlights
- Justin Harper filled the stat sheet in his first season at Stockton. The Georgian Court transfer led the team in scoring (15.6 ppg) and three-pointers (48) while also finishing second on the Ospreys in assists (2.4 apg) and grabbing 5.3 rebounds per game. Harper scored at least 20 points in a game 10 times, highlighted by one 30-point performance.
- Harper finished fourth in the NJAC in free throw percentage (.791), seventh in scoring, tied for ninth in three-pointers (1.8/game) and 10th in field goal percentage (.442). The junior also shot 35.3% from three-point range and topped Stockton in minutes played (27.2 mpg).
- Tayvon Gaither averaged 12.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists during his senior year. The forward led the NJAC in field goal percentage (.596) and hit double figures in 19 of 27 games. Gaither reached the 1,000-point mark at Ramapo on 1/17/26 and finished his Stockton career with 1,144 points.
- Eriq Campbell was the only Stockton player to start all 27 games. Campbell averaged 10.5 points per game while leading the team and finishing 10th in the NJAC in rebounding at 5.8 boards per game. The junior shot 43.3% from the field and 70.3% at the line in addition to dishing 1.7 assists per game.
- Charlie Bell rounded out the quartet of Ospreys who averaged double figures at 10.4 points per game in his first season at Stockton. A transfer from Kutztown, Bell finished second on the team with 44 three-pointers and shot 37.6% from beyond the arc as well as 45.4% from the field overall. He also contributed 4.9 rebounds per game.
- Andrew Crawford had a breakout season running the point for the Ospreys. Crawford ranked second in the league in assist/turnover ratio (2.0), tied for fourth in assists (3.4 apg) and tied for sixth in steals (1.8 spg). The junior averaged 10.5 points and 4.6 rebounds per game as well as sinking 36 three-pointers and shooting 29-32 (90.6%) at the line.
- added to Stockton's perimeter game with 33 three-pointers. Johnson was one of four Ospreys with at least 100 three-point attempts, and he shot 33% from beyond the arc. Johnson averaged 6.3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 16.8 minutes while playing in all 27 games.
- Jahmir Payoute and Logan McKee had solid sophomore seasons in just over 19 minutes per game apiece. McKee scored 7.8 points per game and contributed defensively with 5.6 rebounds and 0.7 blocked shots per game, which was tied for 10th in the NJAC. He sank 29 three-pointers on the year.
- Payoute also was solid on the defensive end, averaging 5.3 rebounds and 0.4 blocks per game. He was efficient offensively, shooting 52.6% from the field and scoring 5.2 points per game.
- Freshmen Alex Fessel and Riley Powell made contributions in their first year. Fessel saw action in 26 games with two starts at point guard. In 11.3 minutes per game, he dished 28 assists (1.1 apg) and snagged 14 steals. Powell played in 17 games off the bench, averaging 2.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in 5.9 minutes per game.
