Mayor Marty Small Sr. is encouraging Atlantic City residents to take advantage of an opportunity to make homeownership a reality when the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) brings its “Achieve the Dream” event to Atlantic City this month.
The event will connect renters and prospective first-time homebuyers with NACA’s nationally recognized programs and services, offering a path to homeownership without a down payment, closing costs, fees or mortgage insurance, and with a low, fixed interest rate.
The three-day NACA “Achieve the Dream” event will take place from Friday, November 13, through Sunday, November 15, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day at The Claridge Hotel, located at 123 S. Indiana Avenue.
NACA’s program is open to people of all income levels and does not consider credit scores when determining mortgage eligibility. Instead, the organization evaluates an applicant’s overall financial readiness and provides guidance throughout the homebuying process. All NACA services, including workshops, counseling and access to its mortgage program, are free.
