The highly anticipated 37th Annual Jewish Family Service House Tour returns on Monday, August 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This fundraiser, presented by Surroundings Interiors, will provide attendees with the rare opportunity to tour several luxurious Downbeach homes that feature state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, custom woodworking, unique décor and lighting, and beautiful landscaping.
“Each year, the JFS House Tour continues to mesmerize attendees with exclusive looks inside uniquely, stunning homes in Ventnor, Margate, and Longport,” said Andrea Steinberg, JFS chief executive officer. “As we embark on our 37th year, we remain grateful to the homeowners who open their doors as well as the sponsors, attendees, and volunteers who make this vital agency fundraiser possible.”
Tickets are $65 per person through June 30th and $75 per person beginning July 1st. VIP tickets are $100 and include the convenience of door-to-door jitney transportation with a tour guide and gift bag. All attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch sponsored by Benjamin F. Edwards Investments and Seashore Wealth Management as well as dessert sponsored by The Original Banana Company and Peace Pie. Also, a special thanks to VIP sponsor, Kramer Beverage.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $750 to $5,000. Program book advertisements are available from $250 to $750. Also, raffle tickets may be purchased for $25 each or five for $100 with a chance to win prizes. Tour attendance is not necessary to win a raffle prize. JFS will also host an online auction with dining certificates, sporting tickets, health and wellness products, designer handbags, and more.
Proceeds benefit The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, a membership program for adults age 50 and older that provides intergenerational events, care coordination, transportation, grocery shopping and delivery, and kosher meals.
