Married actors and serial home-flippers Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Pays have listed their latest project, a four-structure compound in Laurel Canyon, for $1.995 million. The properties were originally part of a small real estate empire owned by actor-producer Beach Dickerson, who leased the homes to various Hollywood types, including Bernsen.
