There is a better solution, let the market decide. How, with repeal of the Federal Flood Insurance Program so those that wish to live on or near the water pay the true rate for insurance instead of the 90% reduced rate you get with taxpayers subsidies of your flood insurance cost. Once we get rid of FFIP you won't build where there is a flood danger because your cost will be too high. End of story except that we that don't live near water should get a tax break for all the years we covered you butts.
End this socialism for the wealthy or business to own houses on the water.
What you say makes too much sense for party hacks to ever adhere to.
