$9,000 worth of cocaine and heroin were recovered from a Wildwood Crest home, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday.

The Cape May Regional SWAT Team searched a house in the 100 block of Crocus Road on Wednesday and found 10 grams of raw heroin, worth $4,000 on the street, and three ounces of crack cocaine, worth $5,000, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Authorities found six people in the home—three adults, a 15-month old child, an eight-year old child and a nine-year-old child—according to the statement. The three adults were arrested and charged after an investigation by Wildwood Crest police and the prosecutor’s office’s Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, the announcement said.

Darryl L. Jones, 39, of Wildwood Crest, and Crystal Green, 33, also of Wildwood Crest, were each charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Jones was held at Cape May County Correctional Facility on $100,000 full cash bail, while Green was released pending a court date

Marlon Mitchell, 47, was also arrested and charged with cocaine possession. Mitchell was held at Cape May County Correctional Facility on $25,000 full cash bail.
