Four high tide cycles brought coastal flooding between Saturday and Monday.
The Monday midday high tide was the highest of them. Minor to borderline moderate flood stage took a hold of the region, blocking off traffic on the Black Horse Pike in West Atlantic City and causing drivers to adjust their routes.
