PUBLIC NOTICE APPLICATION BEFORE THE VENTNOR CITY PLANNING/ZONING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in the Municipal Court Room on the second floor in Ventnor City Hall at 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406, before the Ventnor City Planning/Zoning Board in the matter of the application by Clevi & Estela Villalona regarding the property located at 123 North Sacramento Avenue - Block 163, Lot 12 in the R-7 Zoning District. The applicants propose new construction of a single-family residential dwelling unit attached along the side property line with a single-family residential dwelling unit proposed on the adjacent property located at 121 North Sacramento Avenue Block 163, Lot 11. The applicants seek and require conditional use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(3) to deviate from the conditional use standards for required lot width and side yard setbacks applicable to attached single-family construction along a common side property line. The applicants also seek bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c for lot area, as well as any and all other variances or waivers that the Board may require in its discretion in order to permit the project. When the matter is called, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any support or objection which you may have to the granting of the relief or approval sought in the application.
