NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing conducted before it on November 10, 2021, the Planning Board for the City of Somers Point granted minor subdivision approval and "c" variance relief for minimum lot width, maximum lot coverage, minimum front yard setback, and minimum side yard setback to the undersigned to establish two (2) new lots. The first newly created lot (proposed Lot 4 in Block 1815) will contain the existing Econo Lodge Hotel. The remainder of the site (proposed Lots 3 and 8 in Block 1815) will be reserved for future development in and upon the property shown and designated as Lots 3, 4 and 8 in Block 1815 and Lots 1 and 8 in Block 1715 on the City of Somers Point tax map. This property is located at 19-25 MacArthur Boulevard.
