From Press staff reportsThe Margate Green Wave beat visiting Ventnor 11-3 in an Atlantic County Baseball League game Friday night. Winning pitcher Javier Landron went the seven-inning distance, giving up five hits and striking out 12 while walking three.Zach Verna was 2-for-3 with three RBIs for the Green Wave (3-7), who won their second straight. Rich Keaser went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. The Green Wave scored six runs in the third inning, sending 10 batters to the plate. Alex Sacchetti singled in two runs in the inning.
