Q. When is your website updated?
A: The daily news package is posted after 3 a.m. and is updated constantly during the day. If you don't see today’s news, please click on the reload/refresh button on your web browser.
Q: Do you post all of the content from the print edition online?
A: Most local news stories, photos and graphics are posted to our website. Additional content like slideshows, videos and story comments appear online only. National news on our site is gathered from various online news suppliers, not all of which appears in our print edition.
Q. I have a news tip. Whom can I contact in the newsroom?
A: We encourage our readers to give us information, photos or video about interesting news.

Q. How do I get a back issue of The Press?
A: Back issues are kept for one year in the Pleasantville circulation office.

Q. I know that an obituary was published but cannot find it online?
A: Published obituaries do not automatically appear online unless a funeral home makes special arrangements.
Q. I have great personal news. How do I get it printed in The Press?
A: We publish engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements every Sunday in Special Occasions. They are handled by our advertising department. To get your announcement in the paper, call 609-272-7033.
Q. How do birth announcements and obituaries get published?
A: Birth listings are published as space permits on the Community Page.
Q. My organization is sponsoring an event. How do I get it listed on the Community Page?
A: Your event is news! And we would like to publish it. Please send a news release at least 2 weeks in advance with information on the event including date, time and place. Include your name and day telephone number.

A: The Press intends its coverage to be fair and accurate. If you have a complaint about accuracy or fairness, call Deputy Managing Editor Stephen M. Warren 609-272-7278 after 10 a.m. or Managing Editor Maryjane Briant 609-272-7220 after 2 p.m. On weekends call the news desk at 609-272-7231 after 10 a.m.
Corrections and clarifications will appear on the front page of the Region section.
Q. I have a question about the fairness of news coverage? Who can I call?
A: The Press intends its news coverage to be free of deliberate ethnic, racial, religious, political, sexual or cultural bias. Readers who see what they consider to be evidence of bias in The Press’ news coverage are asked to call Editor Paul Merkoski at 609-272-7277.
Q. How do I submit a Letter to the Editor?
