Charles Garrett and Joe Ripa, of the South Jersey Transportation Authority, and Marlene Asselta, of the Southern New Jersey Development Council, fill out paperwork Tuesday to get free CFL lightbulbs from Genevieve Toscano, of New Jersey Clean Energy Program. The bulbs were available at the Atlantic City Expressway’s Farley Service Plaza, where the SJTA announced plans for energy efficiency.
