Just when you thought you'd seen it all, it's time to rethink what you've come to know about nightclubs in Atlantic City. This weekend clubgoers will finally be able to check out Dusk, the new club inside Caesars Atlantic City that is one of the most inventive, innovative and downright awesome dance clubs on the East Coast.
Dusk has been a masterpiece in the making, and Caesars is deeming it "the ultimate underworld playground." It boasts an 800-person capacity and 10,000-sq. ft. of pure party bliss. DJ AM teamed up with the Red Stripe Plane Group to create the latest nightlife addition to Atlantic City.
Dusk, which is open Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays, is located right off The Pier Shops at Caesars in the former Planet Hollywood space, and is a multi-layered club. Its design is separated into three, tear-drop areas. With the party areas varying in heights, all guests can check out what's happening on each level, including the main dance floor and the 30 tables that offer bottle service.
There is ample seating with lounge-style chairs, a raised DJ booth in the center of the dance floor and a sound system selected by DJ AM that pushes more than 100,000 watts through the speakers.
Don't forget to look up! Dusk's multi-layered mesh ceiling supports more than 1,000 spinning lights to project hundreds of colors over the venue. Dusk also has a private party room, Dawn, which has its own DJ booth and VIP-style tables. And if that wasn't enough for you, the club even has a cryogenic cooling system that reacts to the temperature in the club and cools accordingly - so you'll never be drenched in sweat while dancing your heart out.

No matter what the date, you can always use a good laugh. This weekend is truly something to celebrate at the Casba Comedy Club in Wildwood, as it packs the week with laugh-out-loud acts. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 2 to 4, catch The Rev. Bob Levy and Company with the one and only Beetlejuice, made famous by radio legend Howard Stern. Also this weekend is a special, one-night-only appearance by The Fat Rat Bastard Jeff Perrami on Sunday, July 5. As for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, July 6 to 8, catch Johnny Watson.
